Returns Policy
Faulty Goods:
If goods are found to be faulty upon arrival you are entitled to a replacement:
- Notification must be given to Armstrong Electronics, with details of fault.
- Customer must pay the shipping cost for return of goods.
- Proof of purchase must accompany goods to enable speedy identification of order.
- Upon receiving faulty goods Armstrong Electronics Ltd will issue replacement, subject to availability.
If goods go faulty, due to manufacturing defects, within 1 year of purchase you are entitled to a repair or replacement:
- Notification must be given to Armstrong Electronics, with details of fault.
- Customer must pay the shipping cost for return of goods.
- Proof of purchase must accompany goods to enable identification of order.
- Upon receiving faulty goods Armstrong Electronics Ltd will issue replacement, subject to availability
Incorrect Goods purchased:
If the goods are found to be the wrong item you are entitled to a refund on the purchase price of the goods, not including delivery charge:
- § Notification must be given to Armstrong Electronics within 3 working days.
- § The goods must be returned in original packaging and a saleable condition.
- § Customer must pay for the shipping cost for return of goods.
- § Proof of purchase must accompany goods to enable identification of order
- § Upon receiving goods Armstrong Electronics Ltd will inspect the goods and issue a refund through the same channel as the original payment was made.
