How do I get prices for listed products?

In order to view the prices of all listed products you must be a registered user and be logged in.

 

How do I register for an account on Armstrong Electronics Online web site?

You can complete an online registration form by clicking on the ‘create an account’ link at the top of the page. This application must be approved before you are registered.

 

How can I process an order on Armstrong Electronics Online web site?

Once you are a registered customer you can process an order by going through the following steps:

  1. Securely log in with your email and password by clicking on ‘login’ at top of page.
  2. Select your preferred products by clicking on ‘Add to Cart’ below each product.
  3. Once you are happy with your order you can click on ‘Shopping Cart’ on top right and selecting ‘Checkout’, it will show you the products you have selected. You can delete any unwanted items here.
  4. Confirm your Billing details, Delivery details and Payment method. Please enter a PO number for your order so that it can be processed by our sales team.
  5. You will now receive an email confirming your online order has been passed to our sales team for processing. This will include details of your order.
  6. If you have an Armstrong Electronics Account and you are within your credit limits the total will be charged to your account. If you do not have an Armstrong Electronics Account a member of our sales team will be in contact with you for payment prior to this order being confirmed.
  7. Once the order has been processed by our sales team you will receive an email telling you of the updated status of your order.

 

How do I know if my order has been processed successfully?

When your order has been processed successfully by our sales team you will receive an email which will give the updated status of ‘Shipped’, on this status email you will receive an invoice number for your order. You can also log into your online account to view current status of all your orders.

 

What happens if I order a product which is out of stock?

If you order a product which is temporarily out of stock or has been discontinued you will be contacted by a member of our sales team prior to it being billed to your account.

 

Can I make an order by phone?

Yes you can make an order by phone by calling our sales team on 01-4509480

 

Can I track an order?

Yes you can track your order. On your order confirmation email you will receive a courier tracking number and the courier name, if you go to our ‘Deliveries’ page you can click on a link for that courier and it will bring you to their page for tracking with your reference number.

 

Can I have a delivery made on Saturday?

Unfortunately the courier services only deliver on weekdays (mon-fri).
